Rish_Lin respects the privacy of its Internet visitors and users of its products and services, and complies with applicable privacy laws.
Definitions
As used herein, Personal Data is defined as any data that can identify your identity (“Personal Data”) or is indirectly related to you by being linked to Personal Data. Rish_Lin also processes anonymous data, including aggregated data, to analyze and obtain statistical information regarding customer habits, usage patterns and demographics viewed collectively or individually. Such anonymous data does not identify the customers with whom it is linked. Rish_Lin has the right to provide anonymous data (in aggregated or non-aggregated form) to third parties.
Why Rish_Lin collects and processes data
Rish_Lin collects and processes Personal Data for the following reasons:
a) if it is necessary to comply with our agreement with you to provide the service and related Content and Services;
b) if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations that we are required to comply with (for example, our obligations to retain certain information under tax law);
c) if it is necessary as part of the legitimate and legal interests of Rish_Lin or a third party (such as the interests of other customers), unless your legitimate rights and interests override such interests;
d) if you have given your consent to do so.
These reasons for collecting and processing Personal Data define and limit the types of Personal Data we collect and how we use it, how long we store the data, who has the right to access the data, and what rights and other controls are available to you as a user.
The types and sources of data we collect
3.1 Basic Account Data
Other data that you provide explicitly
We collect and process Personal Data that you send us explicitly as part of your communications with other users at Rish_Lin. This data includes the following:
- Information you post or provide in comments for any of our Content and Services;
- Information you submit in chat;
- Information you provide when you request information or technical support from us or purchase Content and Services, including information needed to process your orders through the applicable payment mechanism or, in the case of physical products, for delivery services;
- Information you provide to us by participating in contests, competitions, tournaments or surveys, such as your contact information.
3.2 Your use of Rish_Lin
We collect a variety of information when you interact with websites, Content and Services offered by Rish_Lin. The Personal Information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, browser and device information, data collected during automated electronic interactions, and app usage data.
We will also track your activities on our websites and applications to ensure that you are not a robot and to optimize our services.
3.3 Your use of Rish_Lin
In order to provide the Services to you, we will collect, store and use a variety of information about your actions with our Content and Services.
3.4 Tracking data and cookies
We use cookies, which are text files placed on your computer and similar technologies (for example, web beacons, pixels, ad tags and device identifiers), to help us analyze how users use our services and to improve the services we offer and the effectiveness of our marketing, analytics or website functionality. The use of cookies is standard practice on the Internet. While most browsers handle cookies automatically, the final decision as to whether or not to accept them is up to you. You can change your browser setting to refuse cookies or to be notified whenever a cookie is sent to you.

When you visit any of our services, our servers log your IP address, which is a number that is automatically assigned to the network of which your computer is a part.
3.5 Information Required for Breach Detection
We collect certain data that is necessary to detect, investigate and prevent fraud and other violations of SSA and applicable law (“Violations”). Such data is used only for the purpose of detecting, investigating and preventing Violations and, where appropriate, taking action on such Violations, and is retained for the minimum time necessary for this purpose. If this data indicates that a Breach has occurred, we will continue to retain such data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims for the applicable statute of limitations or until judgment is rendered. Please note that specific data retained for this purpose will not be disclosed to you if such disclosure would jeopardize the mechanism we use to identify, investigate and prevent such Breaches.
How Long Do We Keep Data?
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such information is collected and processed, or (if applicable law provides for a longer retention period) for as long as required by law. After this period, your Personal Information will be deleted, blocked or anonymized as required by applicable law.
Specifically:
- If you close your Rish_Lin Account, your Personal Data is marked for deletion unless legal requirements or other prevailing legal purposes require a longer retention period.
- Please note that Rish_Lin is required to retain certain transactional data in accordance with statutory commercial and tax regulations for up to ten (10) years.
- If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data or your child’s Personal Data, we will delete your Personal Data or, respectively, your child’s Personal Data without undue delay to the extent that the collection and processing of Personal Data is based on the withdrawal of consent.
- If you exercise the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, we will consider your objection and, without undue delay, delete your Personal Data processed for the purpose to which you object, unless there is no other legal basis for processing and retention of that data or retention of that data is required by applicable law.
- Who has access to the data
Rish_Lin does not sell Personal Data. However, we may grant access to each category of Personal Data we collect if it is necessary to achieve the following business purposes.
5.1 Rish_Lin may give each other access to your Personal Data and use it as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in Section 2 above. In the event of a reorganization, sale or merger, the company may transfer Personal Data to the relevant third party in accordance with applicable law.
5.2 Rish_Lin may disclose Personal Data in accordance with court orders or regulations that require us to disclose such information.
Right of access
You have the right to access your Personal Data that we hold, i.e. the right to request, free of charge, 1) information about whether your Personal Data is held, 2) access and/or 3) duplicates of the Personal Data held. You can exercise this right to access your Personal Information through the Privacy Panel. If such a request affects the rights and freedoms of others or is manifestly unreasonable or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee (subject to administrative costs associated with providing the information, communications or the action requested) or refuse to comply with the request.
6.1 Right to rectification.
When we process your Personal Information, we will take appropriate measures to maintain the accuracy and currency of your Personal Information for the purposes for which it is collected. If your Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can change it using the Privacy Panel.
6.2 Right to Delete.
You have the right to have Personal Data concerning you deleted if the reason we may have collected it no longer exists, or if there is another legal basis for deleting the data.
6.3 Right to object.
If the processing of your Personal Data is based solely on legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6(1) of this Privacy Policy, you may exercise your right to object. If you express your objection, we will not process your Personal Data in the absence of compelling and overriding legitimate grounds for such processing as described in Article 21 of the GDPR; in particular when the data is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
6.4 The right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data
You have the right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR.
6.5 Right to transfer Personal Data
You have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer that data to another controller in accordance with the terms set forth in Article 20 of the GDPR. Valve provides access to your Personal Information in a structured HTML format through the Privacy Panel as described above.
Children
The minimum age for creating a Rish_Lin Account is 13 years old. Rish_Lin does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under that age. Some countries have a higher age of consent for the collection of Personal Information, and in such cases Rish_Lin requires parental consent before creating a Steam Account and related collection of Personal Information. Rish_Lin encourages parents to instruct their children to never disclose their Personal Information online.
